Orders ship from Wisconsin within 1–3 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Standard shipping is $4.99. Free shipping on orders over $50. Local pickup available for Wisconsin customers.
Tracking is sent by email when your order ships.
Returns
Because most pieces are vintage, used, or one-of-one, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description. If something’s wrong, email hello@thriftbymail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
